how glowbug helps
government sites change often and bury things deep. ask what you need and glowbug points at the menu, then the next one, until you reach the right page.
on a long form it explains what each field asks for, in plain words, and circles the one you're on.
glowbug never types passwords, id numbers or codes for you, and never clicks submit. you stay in control the whole way.
tipglowbug can be wrong, so double-check the numbers and the page before you submit anything official.
